valid and the only valid
operation is to run the
cdc_closesess() function to
close the session.
・any other value indicates
that the session is still
valid.

当我们需要重新开启对一个或者多个集群进行监控时，可以勾选中需要操
作的集群记录，再点击“启用”按钮，提交信息，成功后提示修改更新成功，
该集群可以被用户所监控。
