rebalance 任务执行时使用的中间表名称。
如果不
使用中间表，那么该字段值为NULL。
start_time
在STARTING 状态时，
表示任务加入的时间。

RUNNING 状态时，start_time 表示任务更改为
RUNNING 的时间。
end_time
表示rebalance 任务结束的时间。
status
表示rebalance 任务的当前状态。
percentage
表示rebalance 任务的执行进度。
priority
表示rebalance 任务的优先级。值最小的优先执
行。
host
表示rebalance 任务被哪个coordinator 节点执行。
distribution_id
表示rebalance 任务要把表rebalance 到哪个
distribution id。
